Email support@swag31.com for anything: an order issue, a question about a team's store, a payout question, or help getting set up. Include your order number or team name if you have one — it gets you a faster answer.
Every order gets a confirmation email with the order details as soon as it's placed. Once it ships, you'll get a shipping update with tracking. If you can't find either email, check your spam folder first, then email us your order number and the email address you ordered with and we'll look it up.
