1. What we collect

• Buyers: name, email, and shipping address, collected at checkout to fulfil and ship an order.
• Athletes: a notify email, collected only if the athlete opts in, used to tell them when their store gets a sale. Parent/guardian email for a minor athlete, only if the team collects it as part of guardian consent.
• Coaches and team admins: name and email, used for account access and to run the team's store.

We do not sell any of this information to anyone, for any reason.

2. Who else sees it

A few categories of service providers process parts of this information on our behalf, only for the purpose of running the store:

• A payment processor, to charge buyers and pay out teams.
• A print-on-demand fulfilment partner, to print and ship orders — they receive the buyer's name and shipping address, not payment details.
• An email delivery provider, to send order and account emails.

None of these providers are permitted to use this information for their own marketing.

3. How long we keep it

Order and account information is kept for as long as an account is active, and afterward only as long as needed for recordkeeping (for example, tax and payment records that our payment processor is legally required to retain).

4. Your choices

An athlete can opt out of notify emails at any time. Anyone can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them by emailing support — we may need to keep certain records where the law requires it (for example, completed order and payment records).
